i would like to post both but i dont know how to shrink em.

You dont have to shrink the pictures placed in the posting area just the avitar ... If you go in your profile you can post your picture in the following way

click on profile , scroll down to signature and plance this in the signature box

now this is MY picture site so you'll want to replace everything in between the [img]'s%20with%20YOUR%20picture%20site%20%20the%20pictures%20you%20choose%20must%20be%20stored%20on%20a%20web%20site%20to%20do%20this.....%20as%20for%20the%20avitar%20use%20photoshop%20or%20paint%20to%20reduce%20the%20picture%20down%20to%2080X80%20pixels%20and%20no%20larger%20than%205%20kbites%20in%20file%20size[/img]

my pictures arent stored on a website their just on my computer labeled pictures. ive had this situation come up before and was never able to resolve the picture thingy. so i just suffer and can never figure it out. im not computer savey. i just point click and type. im stupid.

or for the posting area like I did till I figured out about the signature box way you can copy the location of your pictures to your clipboard then after you type in your post and before clicking submit hit enter a couple of times to bring the cursor down a few rows then click the [IMG] tab up top just to the left of URL tab and the right click and paste the location then click the [IMG] tab again then submit but its does it automaticly everytime if you put that line in the signature box under profile
