Bob from Mobile was first to fly with his 37% TOC Yak, then Anthony flew his 42% Extra 260. But there is a recall on wing tube of the 260s, so Anthony could not really wring it out. I flew my 35% TOC Yak, the smallest plane but I had smoke. And then turned over the controls over to Anthony so he could be the “main attraction”. There were two jet that flew, one guy from Mobile crashed. Some other folks Mobile had a bunch of giant war birds and got one off but that was it, but they looked good. Sorry no gliders.
The folks at the Museum gave us lunch and tickets to the Imax Theater. There were a lot of spectators and this drew a lot on interest in RC. There was nice write up in the Pensacola news journal last Sunday with photos. If you have never been to the Museum you need to visit. Behind the Museum there are a set bleachers. Each Tuesday and Wednesday the Blue Angle practice, usually at 08:30,
