Help me Electric Gurus!

Postby L8ight on Thu May 01, 2008 9:59 am

I'm about to build a 60 sized U-Can-Do 3D. I had one before, and powered it with my trusty O.S. 91 4 stroke. This time, I'd like to see what it will take to build it electric style. I've looked all over the place at different motors, ESCs, etc. I'd like to hear your suggestions. I don't need 30 minute flights or a 2-1 power to weight ratio. I'd be happy with a 10-12 minute flight and just enough power to hover. I'm trying not to break the bank, but I understand, that at this size and the fact its a 3D plane, means this won't exactly be "Cheap"... :D

Nevermind, I found a bunch of options, none of them within my budget. I'll just stick to nitro for now.
