And then it happened! Tony was doing a nice and low inverted pass over the grass east of the asphalt, when he got confused and pulled when he should have pushed. The Cub smacked into the ground on its back, breaking the wing. The Cub sort of hung together. Everyone felt bad, of course. Tony says it's not a keeper. Someone else will probably end up with it. Al could be heard hollaring and jeering after Tony crashed. He must have forgotten that he crashed a Cub too — once or twice. There was that time about three years ago ..
